Out with girlfriends for happy hour in the Arts District, and we were drawn to the sound of Latin music floating down Congress Street from Congress Square Park. What we found was pure happiness. It doesn’t get much better than this on a summer night in Portland Maine.
Salsa in the Square, with Primo Cubano is one of the many great events held in the park throughout the summer. I’m so happy to see this public area thriving and full of so many happy people! Kudos to Friends of Congress Square Park!
